Kelly earned her Master of Science in Psychology and has been working in the field of behavioral health and education for over 20 years. While her experience spans across all demographics, she is particularly drawn to working with adolescents. Kelly finds great joy and fulfillment in supporting developing minds as they navigate challenges through an autonomous lens.

As Clinical Case Manager, Kelly focuses on addressing personal and familial needs, minimizing or removing barriers to treatment and recovery. Her goal is to empower participants to self-advocate, achieve independence, and concentrate on their healing journey. She is grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with individuals and families at Open Roads Behavioral Health, working together to mitigate risks, maximize strengths, and restore the highest level of function and stability possible.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Kelly enjoys spending time with her daughters, listening to music, writing, and engaging in outdoor activities—especially visiting the beach.
